Hi! I'm Devarya Grover, a Singapore-based military leader and published researcher with a passion for human rights and policy. As Head of Security at Paya Lebar Airbase, I've led large-scale operations and represented the RSAF during national events like the Shangri-La Dialogue.
Beyond service, I've authored peer-reviewed research on human trafficking and founded initiatives empowering marginalized youth through writing and advocacy. I’ve published a memoir capturing lessons from my journey in service and leadership.
